Here’s what I’ve noticed. Complicated meal plans set you up for failure. Unless you’re in precontest prep, it’s unlikely you’ll succeed this way in the long term.
Keep it simple.
Eat whole foods – meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Minimize starchy carbs and sugars.
Athletes – do the above and add performance engineered foods and supplements (stuff like quality protein shakes and multivitamins).
